FORMAT
Classes on hand-on time will be divided between site visit, lecture, work ethics, discussion, math, guest speaker, money management, video, safety and demonstration in small groups.

Each participant enrolled in the program will be giving a hard hat, safety vest, goggles, gloves, program binder and a notebook journal in which to keep notes on everything they learned in the program and at the worksite.
Financial Management
We enhanced our financial management seminar through our partnership with Wells Fargo bank. Participant’s now have the opportunity to immediately open a saving or checking account.
